Dear Mr Paweł Chęciński,

I am writing to complain about during my stay in the hospital at Niekłańska Street in Warsaw. I spent a few days there and I am incredibly unhappy with the medical care the staff was offering me.

First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I waited over thirty minutes to be admitted to the ward. In my opinion, the victim of an accident should be admitted immediately. After all, it is a threat to health and life!

When I finally got to the ward, I found out that my bed was in poor condition. I will say more, it was faulty, it creaked, it was uncomfortable. I didn't sleep for the last few days. It was a terrible experience.

Later, I was sad to discover that the hospital staff cannot speak English, which made it difficult to talk to them. I had to guess what the doctor was saying to me, because I don't know Polish well enough to understand it.

In my opinion, Polish doctors should start speaking English fluently to be able to communicate with foreign patients. All procedures for getting into the ward should be much shorter. After all, I waited 30 minutes for the party itself! Some amendment to Polish medicine could be useful. It can not be like this.

If you do not deal with it promptly, I will be forced to take further legal measures. I trust I can expect an apology. I look forwad to your prompt reply.

Your sincerely,

XYZ
